FinZolve is a loan facilitation and distribution platform. We connect applicants with registered lending institutions. We do not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, disbursement timelines, or specific products.

All credit decisions, sanctions, and agreements are made solely by the respective bank or NBFC.

3. Accurate information

You confirm that all information you provide — including PAN, identity, contact, and financial details — is true, complete, and belongs to you (or to the business you represent, where applicable).

Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and may attract penalties under applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

4. Fees

FinZolve does not charge consumers a platform fee for standard loan enquiry submission. Any processing fee, stamp duty, insurance, or other charges are determined by the lending partner and will be disclosed to you before you sign a loan agreement.

5. Service area

We currently focus on applicants in Tamil Nadu, with planned expansion to additional regions in India. Partner availability may vary by pincode and loan product.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinZolve is not liable for any loss arising from a lender's decision, delay, interest rate changes, credit score impact, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim relating to use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide additional remedies.
